Modern Ark enables a smooth drinking experience thanks to our ArkShield^TM Technology and triple-layered vacuum insulation, which includes a copper layer. All our products are able to keep drinks colder or hotter for hours maintaining a condensation free exterior, so you can enjoy them anytime, anywhere!

Our products are made from high-quality, 18/8 food grade stainless steel on both the inside and outside walls. This material is comprised of 18% chromium and 8% nickel. This type of steel is durable, easy to sanitize and corrosion-resistant. Is naturally free of BPA, making it a safe option as there are no harmful chemicals that can migrate into your beverage from these products.

Unlike aluminium and plastic bottles, the food grade 18/8 stainless steel we use to make our products is ideal for containing and maintaining all kinds of liquid.

You can enjoy all of your favorite hot or cold drinks, acidic or carbonated while at the same time preserves the flavor and freshness of your drinks without releasing any harmful substances.

Yes!

All our products are BPA-free and does not contain any other harmful toxins. We aslo use BPA-free polypropylene (pp#5) to make our lids.

Modern Ark is a Greece based business and we are proud to say that all of our products are thoughtfully designed here in Greece. They are responsibly manufactured in China, in factories complying with social, health, safety regulations.

We recommend cleaning your Modern Ark products regularly, with hot soapy water and rinsing the bottle after each use.

For a very thorough clean please use water with a teaspoon of bicarbonate soda.

When not using your bottle, we recommend storing it upside down and without the lid in order to dry out.

DO NOT put your Modern Ark products in the dishwasher to avoid damaging the paint.

Modern Ark products should only be used for their intended purposes.

• DO NOT place your Modern Ark in the microwave.

• DO NOT place your Modern Ark in the fridge or freezer.

• DO NOT overfill. Hot liquids can burn user.

• Modern Ark products are not intended for the long-term storage of liquids.

All Modern Ark caps and lids are top rack dishwasher safe. If you prefer handwashing, we recommend cleaning them with warm soapy water.

Shipments are made through the courier Γενική Ταχυδρομική & ELTA courier.

Orders will take between 1-3 business days to arrive.

Please allow one additional business day for processing.

Once your order has been shipped out we will send you a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number.

To check the status of your package, please click on the link and it will take you to the shipping vendors website. This function allows you to track your package using the tracking code provided in the email.

Modern Ark currently ships only to Greece

Modern Ark’s Bottles are designed to be used and enjoyed for a lifetime. However, if something does go wrong, Modern Ark offers a 2-year limited warranty on all bottles purchased from www.inmodernark.com and authorized retailers. Our warranty covers only the functionality of the product such as its insulation. In the rare case that we are unable to repair or replace the defective material or component, we will submit a refund. It does not cover any issues due to normal wear and tear, paint damage due to improper care, damaged during abnormal use and loss products or accessory parts.

We would be happy to accept returns of any unused Modern Ark product in its original packaging within 14 days of the purchase date. Please reach out to hello@inmodernark.com or via our online inquiry form by clicking here and our Customer Experience team will assist you with the return process.

*If a product is returned used or does not pass our inspection, it will not be eligible for a refund. Modern Ark will not be responsible for shipping back any product deemed ineligible for a refund or exchange.

If you received an order from inmodernark.com and it contained a damaged or incorrect item please reach out to our Customer Service team as soon as possible via our online inquiry form by clicking here.

We try to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any modifications that change the cost of an order. If you would like to make a change (like switching a color), please contact us via email hello@inmodernark.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel or modify an order.
